As I approached the venue, the excitement and energy of the crowd could be felt in the air.

Attending an event at an arena can be an exhilarating experience. The bright lights and booming music created a sense of anticipation as I made my way in through one of the gates.

Once inside, the vastness of the arena was overwhelming, with rows upon rows of people stretching high into the sky. The roar of the crowd intensified as the event began, and the energy in the room was contagious.

I became instantly nervous because I still had no idea where to find my seat. So many people, I thought, and all these people just to hear a guy talking.

You can always ask for help

The I scanned the bustling arena, searching for someone who could help me find my seat.

I spotted a woman a few rows ahead of me, and so I approached her, politely asking for directions.

As I spoke, she reached into her tote bag, pulled out her cell phone, and became totally engrossed in it, typing away furiously without even acknowledging my presence.
