That’s a good point. If the U.S. and Europe see the reconstruction as a business opportunity, then there probably will be reconstruction. Although I do think that investment will only come if somehow there is some guaranty that Russia will not repeat an invasion. Since this the second time Russia invaded Ukraine, I’m not betting they will try again.
